Escorts Kubota Reports 2.7% Growth in Tractor Sales for July 2025

Escorts Kubota recorded a 2.7% rise in total wholesale tractor sales in July 2025. This report presents a detailed overview of their performance for the month, highlighting key trends in both domestic and international markets. Dive into the full analysis to understand how the brand fared across regions.

Domestic Market Performance: 6,624 Units Sold

Escorts Kubota’s 6,624 tractors were sold in July 2025, up by 1.3% compared to 6,540 units in July 2024. The domestic growth, although modest, indicates improving farmer sentiment driven by widespread and timely monsoon showers, better water reservoir levels, and improved liquidity among farmers.

Export Market Sees Strong Surge

Escorts Kubota’s export segment showed stronger momentum, with 530 units shipped in July 2025, marking a significant 25.3% year-on-year growth. In July 2024, the company had exported 423 tractors. The export sales now contribute around 7.4% of the company’s total monthly volumes, suggesting a steady improvement in its global footprint.

Total Sales Snapshot: July 2025

Combining domestic and export markets, the company registered total wholesale sales of 7,154 tractors in July 2025, up from 6,963 units in July 2024. The 2.7% rise highlights stable demand across regions and product categories.

YTD Sales Overview: April–July 2025

For the cumulative period from April to July 2025, Escorts Kubota sold 37,735 tractors, marginally higher than the 37,333 units sold during the same period last fiscal year. This 1.1% growth reflects a cautiously optimistic rural sentiment, supported by timely sowing and expanding crop coverage.

Outlook Ahead

Looking ahead, the company expects rising Kharif sowing activity, backed by favourable weather conditions, to strengthen tractor demand further. With improved cash flow in rural areas and continuous government support for the agriculture sector, the market outlook remains positive.

Escorts Kubota is focused on innovation, product expansion, and strengthening dealer networks to sustain its growth momentum in both domestic and international markets. As mechanisation continues to gain ground in India’s agriculture sector, the company remains well-positioned to capture the evolving needs of the farming community.
