Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.’s Farm Equipment Sector (FES) has released its tractor sales performance for July 2025, reporting healthy growth in both domestic and international markets. In the domestic market, the company sold 26,990 tractors in July 2025, reflecting a 5% increase compared to 25,587 units sold in July 2024. This rise highlights sustained demand in rural India, supported by favourable weather and strong agricultural activity.

Including export figures, Mahindra’s total tractor sales for July 2025 reached 28,708 units, an improvement from 27,209 units sold in July 2024, indicating an overall growth of 6%. On the export front, Mahindra shipped 1,718 tractors during July 2025, up by 6% from 1,622 units exported in the same month last year. This growth demonstrates the brand’s consistent expansion in international markets.

Market Sentiment and Outlook

It was stated by the company that 26,990 tractors were sold in July 2025, reflecting a 5% growth over the previous year. According to the statement, the demand has been supported by consistent monsoon activity, favourable Rabi crop returns, and preparations for the Kharif season. Additionally, the outlook was described as optimistic due to ongoing government support and steady agricultural production. Export growth was also acknowledged, with 1,718 tractors sold internationally, a 6% increase year-on-year.
