The rise in demand was largely driven by the festive season, supportive monsoon conditions, and a positive shift in rural sentiment. Additionally, timely Rabi sowing and a strong Kharif harvest contributed to the steady increase in tractor sales.

In October 2025, Mahindra and Swaraj exported 1,589 tractors, compared to 1,127 units in October 2024 — reflecting a strong 41% year-on-year growth. This substantial increase highlights the brands’ expanding footprint and rising demand in international markets.

When domestic and export figures are combined, Mahindra and Swaraj achieved total tractor sales of 73,660 units in October 2025, up from 65,453 units in October 2024 — reflecting a solid 13% year-on-year increase. In the export segment, Mahindra recorded 11,278 units, up 16% from 9,740 units in the previous year. Overall, the total Year-to-Date (YTD) sales reached 3,30,685 units, marking an impressive 18% rise from 2,80,302 units in the corresponding period of 2024.
